When you click on the search our help center search box instead of allowing you to type your search and press the action button, instead it immediately takes you to the search results the second you click into the box. You then get an error flashed up briefly, then it goes to the list of all help articles.
It sort of works that way but it's very confusing for people. It makes them think they maybe pressed return too early or did something else wrong.
