Ability to resize Reply Textarea

When replying to a ticket, I would like to have the ability to make the text area in which I am writing the reply larger.  This should be by a handle to drag it (making the email I am replying to smaller, which the text area larger, or my allowing the reply text area to grow to a higher number of rows, even if it causes the original message to scroll off screen
