Rules and filters for incoming emails

It'd be great to have some rules and filters for incoming messages.

Use case 1: If email has a specific word/phrase in the subject, assign to agent x

Use case 2: If email has a specific word/phrase in the subject, autodelete message (out of office replies, notifications etc).

Use case 3: if email has a specific word/phrase in subject or body, autoreply with article from knowledge base
