no gooe 2 years agoStill getting unsolicited emails. Once again...remove my account. when I click on notification preferences, i get a 403 error. This is a reflection of your product quality. It would be a hard sell for me to want to use ThriveDesk if they don't have the IT infrastructure to handle something as simple as this.

When we manage Docs, there are 2-3 UI mixing there made me confused. Can you fix UI of all pages?

If we close all tickets of the page, it returns blank page, even there are still tickets left on the queue. Browser hard refresh can get the rest ticket but that doesn't make sense.

The sign up form always returns error and didn't tell where the error is. Tried many different sign up information. Nobody can sign up.
