    If you are in PRO plan you can remove the branding but you can keep the branding and earn commission using your referral link ;)

    Assistant need to be loaded before you call the Identify script.

      Yes, I noticed that. Unfortunatelly it take some seconds before loading so I can't add on header or body so I needed to add a workflow to wait around 10s to use the Identify Script. Any better workaround for that?

How a chat is moved automatically to email? I want to follow up a user that started a chat via email.
