Error displaying Parent Category and Sub Categorie when using Customizer feature - KB Docs

Error displaying Parent Category and Sub Categorie when using Customizer feature with newly created Docs Even though I have Set Order (Old Docs do not have this error)

Normally Sub Categories will not display the homepage, only displayed in Parent Category as shown below

How can I fix this error?
