How do I create additional communities and docs under my account. I have already created additional Inboxes, but those didn't flow into the communities and docs.

    Signature is Inbox specific and configurable with variable so technically every agent gets a dynamic signature set by Admin.

    Assistant need to be loaded before you call the Identify script.

      Yes, I noticed that. Unfortunatelly it take some seconds before loading so I can't add on header or body so I needed to add a workflow to wait around 10s to use the Identify Script. Any better workaround for that?

Can anyone help me with what size the cover photo should be for posts? I attempted to upload a photo, and I didn't realize how big it was. After a couple of unsuccessful attempts, I resized the image but thought I would ask what size we can upload.

    Still getting unsolicited emails. Once again...remove my account. when I click on notification preferences, i get a 403 error. This is a reflection of your product quality. It would be a hard sell for me to want to use ThriveDesk if they don't have the IT infrastructure to handle something as simple as this.

    That condition should come from your page logic. You can include/exclude snippet from your page settings(depends on the CMS you use)

Does ThriveDesk allow the creation of contact forms? If so, can that be integrated into Wordpress websites?
