First of all, I really like thrive desk website because its superb SLEEK, CLEAN and EASY TO UNDERSTAND 𝗙𝗲𝗲𝗱𝗯𝗮𝗰𝗸 1.UI UX interface is on point and user friendly 2. Conversation reportings/analytics is extremely useful. Able to drive motivation for team members to serve customer better 3. Community feature and Knowledge base (soon) will be a game changer. I have given many suggestions previously. Just Now A Thought came in mind that it would be great if we can add announcements section in the community as a widget to our website and also in chat widget would be great to notify users with recent changelog stuffs 🎯
